Remote access to computers over the Internet

Sometimes you need some technical support with your computer or internet use but the person that can help you is far away. Sometimes it’s necessary to give some specialist remote access to your computer. Or maybe you can give some help to somebody over the internet or you just need an access to your partner’s PC for other reasons.

There is a lot of applications that can help you then. We recommend TEAM  VIEWER. It’s well-tested, dependable, fast, simple and secure. And it’s completely free for non-commercial, personal use!

Team Viewer establishes connections to any PC all around the world within a few seconds. You can remote control your partner's PC as if you were sitting right in front of it.

How to GET and USE it?
- first both you and your partner go to TeamViewer.com and download Team Viewer application (or click here to download the application immedietally);

- you both run the program (there is no need to install it but it's more comfortable to install the program if you want to use it often) and allow the application to connect with the internet (if your antivirus ask you to);

- your partner tells you the PARTNER ID and the PASSWORD that display on the screen. You enter ID, decide what do you need this connection for (remote support, presentation, file transfer, etc.) and click "connect to partner". Program will ask you for the password now. You enter it and after few seconds the connection is established.

The desktop of the partner’s computer will display on your screen. You have full access to this computer now. Your partner can see everything you are doing on his/her computer and can disconnect you at any time. Obviously you can change direction of the connection so that your partner can have an access to your computer.

TeamViewer can also be used to present your desktop to a partner on the Internet, show and share your software and files, make online trainings or PowerPoint presentations, etc.

It’s available both for Windows or Mac OS. It supports cross-platform access - so you are able to connect to a Mac from your Windows machine and back.

Go to Team Viewer sites to learn more how it works and to get to know other features.
