Basically, through this Bocatic we want to remind you that in the URL’s or web addresses, and in the names of the documents that you upload to your server must not contain spanish eñes (Ñ), spaces and rare symbols such as commas, asterisks, quotation marks, etc.
The reason behind this is that internet was conceived initially in English, where these letters and symbols do not exist. Since a website is a total amount of codes that the system calls and through which gives form to what we see on the screen. If in one of the names of your photographs or documents one of these symbols appears, the system will not figure it out, the image will not upload and we will not be able to visualize what we want. Instead of seeing the document or photo, we see a square/rectangle with a red X.
If you remember this simple rule you will avoid any further uploading problems!
