To retrieve your password:

1.  Once you are connected by email, a window will appear where you can enter your mobile phone number.


 
2. You will then receive a confirmation SMS with a code for you to enter.
 

 
3. You’re ready to go! In case you want to change your phone number, you will find instructions on how to do so in the top right-hand corner.
 


If you have forgotten your password, once connected to webmail, click on “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions. Confirm your email and phone number.  A code will then be sent to your mobile phone which you can use to retrieve your password.
 

 
Your phone number will be used solely for the purposes of retrieving your password and for no other use, such as advertising.
