It’s as if there were an elf or a genius you send your request to and he/she does the work for you. They grant your wishes without rubbing any lamp, they just respond to your request in a virtual way.
Here is a list of e-mails and their uses. Take the test because we understand that seeing is believing.
1. pdf@koolwire.com: If you send an e-mail to this address, the attached document returns in a converted PDF file.
2. pdf2txt@adobe.com: The PDF file that you had sent returns converted into a plain text file.
3. (identificador)@photos.flickr.com: This is the Flickr address where any user can upload their pictures. The identifier can be found under tools in Flickr.
4.upload@upload.slideshare.net: To upload any PDF or PPS to Slideshare. An e-mail is then sent to you with the URL where the attached document that you sent in has been published.
5. (…)@mms.youtube.com: After setting up your YouTube profile, you can then upload your videos as attachments at this address.
6. (…)@prod.writely.com: This is the same as the previous one but with Google Docs. The identifier can be obtained at Google Docs.
7. (…)@rmilk.com: The same but with Remember the Milk: Send notes by mail with your cell phone.
8. www@web2mail.com: Send a URL to the body of a message and you will receive a complete copy of the page in return.
9. e@xpenser.com: This is an interesting service so that you can keep all of your finances up to date. Send an e-mail to this address about a specific matter and the Xpen$er service will organize it for you.
10. go@blogger.com: If you send an e-mail to this address a post will be published on Blogger and the attached images will be attached as well.
